The Facts of the Gospel Are Addressed to Our Intellect:

Our minds have unique qualities, one of which is the power to reason and to expand intellectually. With our hearts we can reason, think, purpose, seek, etc. (Mt. 9:4; Mk.2:8; Acts 11:23; Prov.23:7; Ps.119:2). Thus we can learn, understand, gather knowledge and therefore we can come to God (Jn. 6:44-45; Mt. 28:19-20; Eph. 3:3-5; 5:17) .

The Commandments of the Gospel Are Addressed To Our Will and Conscience:
We have a conscience, a conscience that judges what’s right and wrong (Acts 23:1; Rom.14:2). Our Consciences can be pricked and our Wills disturbed (Jn.8:9; Acts 9:6). When the conscience is pricked with the truth of the gospel the Will has a choice to make. Either to willingly respond or to stubbornly refuse (Rom. 2:4-11). In Acts chapter 2 a large number said “Yes” to the gospel message and were saved (2:38-41); but in Acts chapter 7 another large number heard the gospel message and said “No” to it and will be eternally lost (54-58) .

The Promises of the Gospel Are Addressed To Our Emotions:
The heart can be emotionally moved and motivated. It has feelings (Ps. 119:10,111;147:3; Prov.12:25; 13:12;14:10; Lk. 2:19; Jn.14:1; 16:6,22; Acts 2:46; 2 Cor. 7:2). When the minds of truly honest people are (1) enlightened by the gospel Facts, and their (2) Conscience and Will Power is affected by the Commands of the gospel, the (3) Promises of the Gospel are such that they stir us to respond to the blessed gospel “from the heart” (Rom.6:16-18, 3-6)

This Describes The BIBLE HEART.

It is composed of Intellect, Will Power, Conscience and Emotions. This Material On The Gospel of Christ Is Intended To Cause Us, As Jesus Stated, To “Love the Lord your God with all your Heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind” (Lk.10:27; Jn.14:15). Or as the Psalmist put it - “With my whole heart” (Ps.119:10).
