1. HEAR THE GOSPEL - John 6:44-45; 5:25; Romans 10:17

2. BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST - John 3:16; 8:24; Rom. 10:9

3. REPENT OF YOUR SINS - Luke 24:47; 13:3

4. CONFESS JESUS AS LORD - Romans 10:9-10; Mt.10:32-33

5. BE BAPTIZED (Immersed in water) - Acts 2:38; 8:35-39
