This web-site is a humble effort of Peter McPherson, evangelist living in Peterborough, Ontario and who preaches regularly with the Peterborough church of Christ. Most of the material is from my pen but some other material is from other gospel writers and such will be noted. I have gleaned and garnered much over the years and make little claim for full originality.

Do we have an agenda? Absolutely! In a word this Site is an effort to "Proclaim....the whole counsel of God." How much this is dearly needed in our old world today! With fewer and fewer voices of concern over rampant immorality, infidelity, Humanism and divisive religious practices - The "Peterborough Bible Proclaimer" is a voice, however "still and small," attempting to clearly and without apology -"Proclaim...the whole counsel of God" (whether "Politically"correct or not).

It is our hope that, from the material in this site (new material added from time to time), you will be personally challenged and encouraged to study the Scriptures for yourself, even "searching the Scriptures daily..." (Acts 17:11). May God richly bless you in such endeavours.

OUR WARM INVITATION TO YOU. If at any time you would like to visit our services, the Peterborough church of Christ meets at 10:00 and 10:50 AM in the "Board Room" - Parkway Place on Lansdowne St., W. Take the drive way to the rear level entrance. When you come you will not be embarrassed in any way, but warmly welcomed as a special guest. Our services are very simple and spiritual. Jesus Christ is held high and God's word is our only guide. Indeed, come anytime.
